Become A Member

As a member of a local church, an individual commits to corporate worship, accountability, and encouraging others to lead lives pleasing to God. (1 Corinthians 5:9-13, 2 Corinthians 2:5-8).  We believe membership is important and encourage it for all believers. If you are interested in becoming a member, follow the steps below or contact Pastor Cody Weckerly.

Sign up for our Membership Class.

During the class, we will cover:

• Our Distinctives
• Our Doctrine
• Specific Issues
• HPC Constitution

Steps to Membership:

1. Attend the Membership Class
2. Fill out a Membership Application
3. Meet with an elder
4. Be baptized (if not yet baptized as a believer)
5. Recite your membership vows before the church
6. Be affirmed by a vote of the members
